Certified Aging-in-Place Specialists
Two employees of Albright Remodeling have achieved certification as a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist offered through NAHB.
The Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) designation program teaches the technical, business management, and customer service skills essential to competing in the fastest growing segment of the residential remodeling industry: home modifications for people who decide to stay in their homes.
Certified Graduate Remodeler
In 2008, James Albright achieved the Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) designation as offered through NAHB. The CGR designation indicates that a remodeler has completed the requirements of the CGR professional designation program, including educational credits, prescribed business standards and experience.
To maintain the CGR designation, Jim has committed to complete a continuing education requirement every three years.
Graduate Master Builder
The ultimate symbol of the building professional, the Graduate Master Builder (GMB) designation is for experienced builders only.
When you hire a GMB, you can expect an experienced builder committed to delivering a quality product. Designations like the GMB are voluntarily earned and not required by law. They provide benchmarks of business achievement consumers can use to measure builders.
Certified Green Professional
The Certified Green Professional (CGP) designation offered through NAHB assures you that, in addition to complying with industry ethics, laws and rules, Albright Remodeling commits to promoting green building practices and encouraging the research and use of new technologies and practices.
2008 Builder of the Year
In recognition of outstanding service to his customers, commitment to professional education, and community service, James Albright was selected as the "2008 Builder of the Year" by the Rochester Home Builders Association.
The award is given annually to the builder who exemplifies excellence in all aspects of home building; is innovative in areas of operations including design, management, building practices, marketing, community relations, customer satisfaction, productivity and profitability; is highly reputable in the market(s) they serve; and employs and retains the brightest and best personnel.
