This porch/deck provides a 12’ x 16’ outside sitting area, and a 12’ x 14’ screened-in area for those days when the sun and bugs are too pesky! It was added during a ranch home remodeling project in Hilton, NY. It Created a large new family room, converting an existing living room, and adding both screened-in and open porches to the rear of a ranch home in Hilton, New York
